Help keep WizTick hiring, language review and operational data organized, clean and easy to track.
Responsibilities
- Support clean database structures for candidate, role and language-review tracking.
- Maintain structured records, naming conventions and basic reporting.
- Help prevent duplicate, unclear or outdated records.
- Support safe handling of operational information and review files.
- Prepare simple views or summaries that make progress easier to understand.
Minimum qualifications
- Bachelor in database management or a related field, or equivalent practical learning.
- Entry-level candidates are welcome.
- Basic understanding of structured data, tables, records and data hygiene.
- Careful, organized and willing to learn.
Nice to have
- 1+ year of experience is appreciated.
- Agile or Scrum knowledge is appreciated.
- Experience with spreadsheets, Airtable, Notion, SQL basics or lightweight admin tools is helpful.
