1. Acceptance of These Terms

By creating an account, using the WizTick app or website, joining a shared list or WizIntel Circle, or purchasing a WizTick product, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What WizTick Provides

WizTick is a grocery-list, household organization, meal-planning, price-intelligence, budgeting, and receipt-processing service. Features may include local processing, cloud synchronization, optional AI processing, advertising, subscriptions, in-app rewards, and collaboration with invited people.

3. Accounts and Eligibility

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting access to your device and sign-in account, and all activity performed through your account. Do not share account credentials. WizTick is not specifically directed to children under 13. A parent or guardian is responsible for a minor’s permitted use.

4. Your Grocery Data and Shared Features

You keep ownership of information you enter or upload. You give WizTick a limited permission to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that information only as needed to operate, secure, synchronize, and improve the features you choose.

Invite links can allow other people to join lists or WizIntel Circles and see information designed to be shared, including grocery items, member names, recent prices, stores, quantities, and update dates. Share invitations only with people you trust. You are responsible for information you add and for the people you invite.

5. Smart AI Receipt Scanning

Smart AI is optional. Before the first Smart AI scan for a signed-in account, you must agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and explicitly consent to WizTick processing grocery receipts through AI tools and security monitoring.

When selected, receipt images and relevant shopping context are sent to Google Firebase AI Logic and Google Gemini to extract purchase data. Smart AI, Eco HD, OCR, price matching, and generated results may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. You must review product names, prices, quantities, discounts, subtotal, total, and store information before saving or relying on them. WizTick does not guarantee a particular response time, recognition rate, or financial result.

Eco HD is a local alternative that processes receipt photos on your device. It may require several photos or more manual corrections than Smart AI.

6. Free Smart AI Allowance and WizPro

WizTick may provide a limited number of free Smart AI scans so users can try the feature. The current allowance, eligibility rules, reset rules, and availability may change. When the free allowance is exhausted, users may choose an available local scanner or purchase an eligible WizPro plan.

While an eligible WizPro subscription is active, WizTick may provide unlimited or expanded Smart AI access, subject to fair use, technical availability, abuse prevention, Google service limits, and the benefits shown in the app at the time of purchase.

7. Subscriptions, Purchases, and WizBiz

WizPro is offered through Google Play as a recurring monthly subscription unless the purchase screen clearly states otherwise. The exact localized price, taxes, trial terms, renewal date, and billing conditions are displayed by Google Play before purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled through Google Play. Deleting WizTick does not automatically cancel a subscription.

In-app products and subscriptions are subject to Google Play’s billing, refund, and cancellation rules, as well as mandatory consumer law. WizBiz points, badges, themes, and similar virtual benefits have no cash value, are not legal currency, cannot be redeemed for money, and may be adjusted when necessary to correct errors, prevent abuse, or operate the reward system.

8. Acceptable Use

You may not misuse WizTick, interfere with security, bypass subscription or scan limits, automate abusive requests, reverse engineer protected services, upload unlawful or harmful material, impersonate another person, distribute malicious code, or use invite and sharing systems for spam or harassment.

9. Third-Party Services

WizTick relies on services such as Google Firebase, Gemini, Google Play, AdMob, Google Analytics, and Cloudflare. Their availability, processing, and terms are partly controlled by those providers. Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience and do not make WizTick responsible for those sites.

10. Availability and Changes

WizTick is an evolving service. Features may be added, modified, limited, paused, or discontinued. The service may experience errors, synchronization delays, data conflicts, model changes, network outages, or maintenance. WizTick may apply reasonable limits to protect service reliability, security, and cost.

11. Intellectual Property

WizTick’s software, branding, designs, text, icons, and service features are owned by or licensed to WizTick. These terms do not transfer those rights to you. You may use the service only for lawful personal or household purposes unless WizTick gives written permission for another use.

12. No Professional or Price Guarantee

WizTick provides convenience and informational tools, not financial, legal, nutritional, medical, or professional advice. Prices, budgets, comparisons, meal suggestions, and AI-extracted data may be outdated or incorrect. Supermarkets and other users control their own prices and information. Verify important information independently.

13. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WizTick is provided “as is” and “as available” without guarantees of uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate operation. WizTick is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses caused by reliance on incorrect receipt parsing, missed items, price data, shared information, service interruption, or unauthorized use beyond WizTick’s reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

14. Suspension and Termination

WizTick may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, abuse, legal compliance, non-payment, or material violation of these terms. You may stop using WizTick and request account deletion at any time. Subscription cancellation must be completed separately through Google Play.

15. Privacy and Data Protection

The Privacy Policy explains what data WizTick processes, how Smart AI and security monitoring work, which providers receive information, retention, and your choices. It forms part of these terms.

16. Changes to These Terms

WizTick may update these terms when the service, billing model, providers, or law changes. The effective date will be updated. Where required, WizTick will provide notice or request renewed consent. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised terms.
