Help protect and improve the most visible WizTick customer experience across app screens, onboarding, Help popups, Play Store copy, website text and native-language journeys.
Responsibilities
- Review app screens, onboarding, Help popups, Play Store copy and website text for clarity.
- Flag confusing user flows, unclear button text and messages that feel too long or unnatural.
- Suggest better UX wording in native-language contexts, especially Portuguese, Spanish, Dutch, German, French, Danish and Swedish.
- Help WizTick feel simple, trustworthy and useful for first-time users and busy families.
- Provide practical feedback that can be implemented without redesigning the whole product.
Minimum qualifications
- Native or near-native command of at least one target language, with strong English understanding.
- Experience or strong affinity with UX, UI quality, product testing, localization, customer experience or clear writing.
- Ability to explain why something is confusing and suggest a better alternative.
- Comfortable reviewing screenshots, app text, spreadsheets or short product flows remotely.
Nice to have
- Experience with Android apps, Play Store copy, grocery/family/budgeting apps or multilingual products.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Word/Excel, Google Sheets or similar review tools.
